Who invented treaps?

Correct answer is (a) Cecilia and Raimund
 
The best I can explain: Cecilia and Raimund invented Treaps. Arne Andersson invented AA – Trees. Donald Shell invented shell sort and Harris and Ross formulated maximum flow problem.
